I was on a business trip and didn't feel like heading out of the hotel, so I ordered from Uncle Ted's for delivery. The food arrived quickly, hot, and was very fresh. The pork fried rice was very good, and so were the spring rolls, but the General Tso's chicken was probably the best I've ever had. A full compliment of sauces came along with the order, as did a container of white rice...all in a very nice branded white tote that I've kept and used. When in NYC again for work, I'm definitely ordering from Uncle Ted's again!

Excellent. When we told our concierge at the Dominick Hotel we were in the mood for Chinese and had a reservation at Mr. Chow, she said if we wanted really good Chinese the best is Uncle Ted's. She was correct. It's casual and looks like fast food from the street, but lived up to her hype. It's not a fine dining experience, but the food is fine and the service is excellent. Thanks for a truly delicious, authentic Chinese meal.

Stumbled across this place while looking for a last minute reservation while visiting NY. The restaurant was so clean and the staff was so great upon entry. Proper COVID precautions were taken and staff checked temperature when we walked in. The menu was expansive so many options! Opted for the Xiao Long Bao and the Dumpling and chili oil. Both were GREAT!!! Will definitely be paying another visit when I'm back in town to try more things on the menu.

Good pulsd deal! Deceivingly advertised "AYCE" dim sum but only up to $50 value (detailed in fine print.) However, dim sum was delicious and filling! Would definitely recommend the Shanghai style dumplings. Pulsd deal includes $50 worth alcoholic beverages-- the cocktails were really nice and they offered a unique variety. Service was top notch! I really haven't had such attentive service in NYC. Will definitely return.

Most of the places around this area don't have a fancy 'fine dining' look to it. You get this here except without the fine dining price. The place is well decorated with nice red curtains. Definitely a date worthy place. It wasn't too crowded during the evening either. I wasn't hungry for a big meal, so I ordered appetizers. They have a dim sum menu that's available for the evening too. I ordered shrimp dumplings and crab Rangoon. Both were really great quality. My friend ordered their sesame chicken and it was a lot of food. Something else I wanted to mention was that they added lemon to their water. I know it's just water but it made a world of a difference. It was sooo zesty. Wish all restaurants could just do that. Good spot overall. Be sure to check in with the yelp app so you can score free pork dumplings. I don't eat pork but my friend was sure happy to get them.
